Nairobi National Park - 4 hours
This tour begins at 1400 hrs. This unique wildlife sanctuary is tucked just 10 kms away from the bustling city centre. Several animal species roam within this park including four members of the big five, exceptional being the elephant. Animals to be found here include; lions, leopards, zebras, rhinos, wildebeests, and other species including beautiful bird life. The tour returns to the city centre at sundown. A private tour of the same can be arranged in the morning for groups.

Nairobi City Tour - 3 hours
This tour covers the city in the sun. This includes the city centre, city market, parliament buildings, the railway station, old Nairobi PC’s office of the 1902 and the renowned National Museum with an array of spell binding displays of the early man, tribal regalia and the flora and fauna of Kenya. Visit to the adjacent snake park will also be included.

Karen Blixen and the giraffe centre - 3 hours
Depart either in the morning or afternoon and drive towards Ngong Hills passing through the Ngong village to the Karen Blixen Museum, for many years her home (as seen in the movie ‘out of Africa’. Later proceed to the Giraffe Centre where you will have the chance to see the endangered Rothschild giraffe and hand feed them or drink tea with the giraffes. The tour returns to your city hotel.

Bomas of Kenya - 3 hours
Bomas is a Swahili word for villages. Bomas of Kenya is just a few kilometres from the city centre and has numerous homesteads reflecting Kenya’s cocktail of cultures which has been faithfully recreated for visitors to see traditional village life for the Kenyan communities. The greatest excitement of this visit in the afternoon will be a display of traditional dances, music and other folklore traditional songs in a splendid arena.

Carnivore experience

Short Safari - 1 Day: Lake Nakuru National Park

Lake Nakuru National Park is famous for its flamingoes and varied other birds found on the lake shore. Also to be found in the park are gazelles, lions, leopards, rhino, buffalo and many other smaller game.

Mombasa Town Tour
The colourful island town of Mombasa with its blend of ancient and modern buildings on the Indian Ocean is Kenya’s principal port and the country’s second largest city. A comprehensive tour of the island include the old Arab town, with it’s maze of narrow twisting alleys displaying the beautifully curved doors and verandahs, bazaars with curio and antique shops, the Dhow harbour still in use, a Hindu temple, a visit to the Akamba wood carvers and a drive to the bazaar for a short shopping expedition. The high light of the tour is probably the visit to Fort Jesus. Built in 1593 by the Portuguese to guard the entrance to the old Dhow harbour, it is the island’s Landmark. Four hundred years old, the port still stands and serves as a historical museum.

Continue to Kaloleni to visit the local market and thereafter drive to Kenya Marine land on the North coast, which offers an opportunity to observe numerous species of tropical marine life in giant aquariums. Malindi and Gedi Tour
Depart from your coastal hotel and drive north to Kilifi through attractive country covered by extensive sisal plantations dotted with huge baobab trees. Cross the scenic creek and continue onto the ancient city of Gedi-a 13th century ruin in the heart of a dense forest. Thereafter proceed onto the coastal town of Malindi for lunch and an exploration of the marine park in a glass-bottomed boat where an experienced guide takes you on goggling and snorkelling. Later, visit a nearby village and watch the Giriama tribe perform exciting tribal dances before driving back to Mombasa by sundown.

Wasini Island & Kisite Sea Adventure (full day)
Welcome to a day of ultimate pleasure in the richest Marine Park in the Kenyan Coast. In the early morning depart for the tranquil fishing village of Shimoni close to the Tanzanian border. The scenic route takes you through lush coconut and cashew nuts plantations and the colorful villages of the Digo people.
At Shimoni jet board an authentic motorized Lamu dhow, which cruise and sail you through an enchanting seascape of Islands to the underwater splendors of the Kisite Marine Park. A comprehensive morning tour of the island including a visit to Fort Jesus is followed by lunch at Mamba Village. Mamba is the Swahili name for crocodile and this “village” is really a crocodile farm. Depart after lunch for the Bamburi Quarry Nature Trail. The wasteland of the stone quarry has been reclaimed and amongst the casuarinas trees and other tropical flora reside a variety of wildlife and birds, Eland and Buffalo, Crocodiles and other reptiles can be seen wandering with crowned cranes. Drive to the ngomongo village a miniature reflection of tribal community groundings.Glimpse of what may have been before "Civilization set in". A number of traditional huts serving different tribal groupings have been recreated in this theme village. Watch or participate in the traditional food preparation, sample the various local brews and marvel or participate in the tribal dances. Return to your hotel in the late afternoon.
EVENING DHOW TRIPS
Tamarind Dhow Safari
At 12.00pm or 6.30 pm departure from the Tamarind jetty for the lunch cruise or evening cruise respectively. After a welcome cocktail the Tamarind Dhow Nawalicker (meaning Gateway to Heaven) cruises past the Old Town and Fort Jesus. Fantastic sea food meals prepared by the world famous Tamarind Restaurant are enjoyed while a local band plays music to suite all tastes. A tri-lingual guide, fully stocked bar and friendly service all add to the unforgettable atmosphere. 2.45 pm or 10.30 pm return to the jetty and thereafter your hotel.

ROAD SAFARIS FROM MOMBASA
Itinerary:
In the morning at 0800hrs pick up from your stay/hotel in Mombasa and drive to Shimba Hill for a day tour. Lunch will be served in the Reserve and after lunch, proceed with afternoon game viewing, at 1515hrs leave the Reserve and drive back to Mombasa and transfer back to your hotel.
The Shimba Hills National Reserve is a small National Park in the Coast Province of Kenya, 33 km from Mombasa and 15 km from the coast. The Reserve is an area of coastal rainforest, woodland and grassland. It is an important area for plant biodiversity - over 50% of the 159 rare plants in Kenya is found in the Shimba Hills, including some endangered species of cycad and orchids. It is also a nationally important site for birds and butterflies.
There are estimated to be approximately 700 elephants in the reserve. This population is unsustainably high - it causes significant damage to vegetation, threatening the endangered plant life. North of the Reserve, the Mwaluganje elephant sanctuary has been established to provide a route for elephants to leave the park. Shimba Hills contains Kenya's only population of Sable Antelope. There are about 100 in the park.
Short Safari - 1 day - Tsavo East (Ngutuni Game Santuary(140 Kms-Aprx 2 .00hrs)
This is popular tester safari , ideal for those wanting to see some of Kenya’s famous wildlife without missing too much time from the coast. Great opportunities for seeing Lions Leopard cheaters Buffalos Elephants and many more wildlife.
Drive to Ngutuni lodge situated in the 10,000 acres Ngutuni game sanctuary adjoining Tsavo East, lunch is followed by an afternoon game drive in the same sanctuary then you come out of the park at 3 .00pm drive back to Mombasa arriving late in the evening.
Short Safari - 1 Day- Shimba Hills:
Depart from Mombasa at 0700hrs. Drive via Likoni Ferry to the South; proceed through coconut and cashewnut plantations to the Shimba National Park. Game drive after entry in search of the Wild elephant, leopard, sable antelope and other plain game.
The park is widely famous for its dense natural natural forest, scenery and the rare sable antelope. Picnic lunch or visit the only tree hotel at the coast Shimba Lodge for lunch. Later drive back to Mombasa arriving late in the afternoon.
Short Safari - 1 Day- Tsavo East (120 Kms-Apprx 2 .00hrs)
You will be picked at Hotel very eary in morning (south or North Coast) and your driver/guide will drive you through the North Great Road to Tsavo East. This wilderness is home too over 1000 plant species, 400 bird species and more than 60 maj mammal species such as lions, huge herds of buffalo, the solitary and ill-tempered Rhino and at least 7000 elephants. You will enjoy mid-morning game drive until lunch time at camp or lodge, uniquely designed to be a hinge like structure overlooking the Tsavo east plains extending as far as the undulating terrain of the Yatta plateaus. Soon after lunch you drive with game drive en-route and return to your hotel arriving late afternoon.
